Pipe Clamps
Technical Data Sheet - Pipe Clamp
1. Usage Scope
Light duty series pipe clamps are used for ordinary mechanical pressure pipes in 6 sizes, with outer diameters of 6-57mm.
Double series pipe clamps are used for mechanical pressure pipes in 5 series of sizes, with outer diameters of 6-42mm.
Heavy-duty series pipe clamps are used for high mechanical pressure pipes in 8 size series, pipe outer diameter 8-220mm.

3.Recommended distance for pipe clamp installation
When an elbow or pipe change is fixed with a pipe clamp, it should be as close as possible to both sides of the elbow.
3. Assembly instructions
Assembled on welding plate
Before assembly, in order to better determine the direction of the clamp, it is recommended to mark the fixing point first, then weld it, embed the lower part of the pipe clamp body, and place the pipe to be fixed. Place the other half of the pipe clamp body and cover plate and tighten with screws. Do not directly weld the base plate with the pipe clamp installed.
Installed on floor guide rail
The guide rail can be welded to the foundation or fixed with screws. Then push the guide rail nut into the rail and turn it 90 degrees. Insert the lower half of the pipe clamp into the nut, put the pipe to be fixed, and then put the upper half of the pipe. The clamp body and cover are fixed with screws.
Stack assembly
The guide rail can be welded to the foundation or fixed with screws. First install the upper and lower half of the pipe clamp body, put the pipe to be fixed, then put the upper half of the pipe clamp body, fix it with screws, and prevent it from rotating using the anti-loosening cover plate. Then install the second pipe clamp in the same manner as above.
Assembly of bent pipes
When assembling the bent pipe, use nylon pipe clamps directly on the front and rear of the bent pipe. It is recommended that such support points should be in fixed positions.
The axial clamping force on the tube is an average value calculated from 3 experimental values. During the experiment, a ST37 steel pipe according to DIN448 was used. The temperature was 23°C and there was static friction on the pipe.
The pipe within the clamp will not slip when subjected to a listed test force (F) in the axial direction of the pipe.
